MY NEW CALLING!!!

I got a new calling yesterday at church and I am sooooo excited. I am the new primary president. OK so I know alot of you are saying Iam crazy for being excited, but I know this will be great. wish me luck!!

ok ladies judging from the response I got on the cleaning thing, and by the way it is saturday and guess what I am doing. yip!! CLEANING yet again, there is no help for us all. I can rest a little easier knowing when you all come walking through my front door and you see my house I wont feel SO bad that my house is a mess because you have either been there or are now there like me. I am not just cleaning today I am once again going through things and putting them on wake free cycle. The more I look at things I say, do I really need this?, usally the answer is NO. OH yea I found a couple of boxes that are Irwins and he happend to see me looking through them and said HE would go through them him self. He knows I will toss his stuff in a hot minute(ha ha):o}Happy cleaning ladies. I will keep you all in mind as I finish my cleaning and looking for a way not to!!!!

I HATE CLEANING!!!

I absolutely HATE cleaning. It is not the fact of actually doing the work it is the fact that it NEVER stays that way. by the way I still do not have all the clothes washed in my laundry room. Chris finally cleaned up his room yesterday and as I was thinking I was almost caught up on the clothes he brings a huge arm load of clothes and piles them in the floor THEN he brings his hamper full of clothes THEN Bailey brings an arm load of his clothes and piles them on top of Chris'. I didn't even say a word. I just gave them the look, and they know the look. Is there a secret to all this house cleaning crap? If I had a house keeper she would quit I swear. I keep cleaning and throwing things away. If we ever get in a house I am afraid we will have to start over because I will have nothing left. I HATE CLUTTER!!!!! and did I mention I HATE CLEANING!!!

Hamster Hat

While Irwin and I were getting dressed for church yesterday, Tellis comes walking in with brownie(bailey's hamster) on his head. We did not notice it right away because he just came in the room and stood there, nothing unusual. I wondered why he just kept standing there and finally I found out. he didn't smile or anything. He was balancing it I guess. So now that is his favorite thing to do. I figure if it is on his head we know it is still breathing and not being strangled.

To Clean or Not to Clean ?

So Bailey and Chris are supposed to put up their clothes after I wash them and fold them. I go in Chris' room and he has all his clean clothes sitting on the chair and the dirty ones on the floor right NEXT to the hamper. I am sure NO one else has this problem:0] So I ask Chris why he has not put up his clothes yet and he tells me there is no reason to put them up because they are eventually going to be worn again and all that hard work of putting them up will go to waste. If there is a lazier kid out there I would love to hear about him! Bailey and even Avery hang up their clothes and I have no problems there. The biggest shame is that Avery's closet looks the best out of all.

I am sooo glad to be back online again . we had a virus on our computer last week and I couldn't do a thing. Thanks so much to geekstogo.com they gave me step for step inst. it did take me a whole week, but it worked!!!!

Athlete or Nerd?

Tellis is a crazy kid. I don't know if he is going to be athletic or a big nerd? The funny thing about the glasses are that Chris seen tellis wearing them and decided he liked them, so he took them to church yesterday and bro. anderson (1st counsler in bishopric)Wore them and wants some of his own. The worst thing about it all is that they are really Irwin's. He bought reading glasses from the dollar store and punched out the lenses. He keeps them in his computer drawer and puts them on time to time, for the fun of it when he does the bills.

shirt or shorts?

DO NOT ask me what is going through this kids head. I have had a non stop battle with him ALL day today. For some reason he wants to wear shorts on the upper part of his body instead of the bottom the way they were invented to be worn. I show him that there are only 2 holes and his shirts have 3 holes. so he has gotten every pair of pajamas out of his drawer and threw down the shirt and fought to get those bottoms on to his head. by the way he has a thing about pj's, that is all he will wear and when he does he likes to wear more than one at a time. His favorite color is orange and I know this because he has one pair of pj's that are supposed to be worn in the winter and yes it is very much summer now, but he wears them EVERY DAY plus more on top of that. Then he has the days he will wear nothing at all. None of my other boys did this kind of stuff.

so my blogs are backwards. I have the first part on the bottom and the second on top. I am still learning!
The trip was fun and we learned that if you ever want to go camping, go with the Quillers, they have EVERYTHING.

We all had a blast!!

Tellis wanted to step on all the frogs and kill them. when we saw him do this, we told him NO you can not step on the frogs that will hurt them, so what does he do? He goes and gets another pair of shoes and puts them on his hands and tries to squish them that way. poor frogs.

Pilot Mountain\Mount Airy

We went with the Quiller family camping for Labor Day weekend. we had a ball. There were LOTS of rocks to climb and to fall over.

We went on a hike to the top of Pilot Mountain.

Kasey was such a good sport hiking up ALL those steps and not to mention the deflating mattress.
